Warning about fraudulent emails impersonating CitEx

CitEx informs the public that a fraudulent email campaign is currently circulating.

These messages, sent by organized groups, impersonate CitEx’s visual identity in an attempt to deceive recipients and obtain sensitive information or unauthorized payments.

CitEx urges all clients and partners to remain highly vigilant and report any suspicious emails to info@citex.lu.

Please note:
– Legitimate emails are only sent from @citex.lu addresses
– CitEx never requests payment of delivery fees via email links
– Invoices are issued monthly at the beginning of the month to official billing addresses
– The CitEx bank account has remained unchanged for many years

The company remains fully committed to protecting its clients and combating fraudulent activities.
